updated character menu (old vs. new)

Did a small test for a new Chaser last night and it absolutely felt great when I *thought* the character was going to be overtuned and boring, but it turns out they play like fucking butter.

This video showcases a particular bug with The Houndmaster where under certain circumstances Snug vaults FASTER than 0.45s.
I use formal statistics and hypothesis testing to prove it, and showcase what the likely cause is.

She's definitely stronger than people give her credit for and it's gonna take some time before most of the player base realizes that (kind of like OG blight, where everyone thought he was C tier on release).
I'd probably put her low B disregarding bugs with her current PTB state.
I feel like that's (and I mean this unironically) a case of just not hitting her skill floor quite yet.
It took me a bit less time to get there because I'm used to how Wesker works (and this is effectively Wesker without bumps) and I played a stupid amount of her.
i think a redirect during vaults probably isn't a great call because there's a portion of skill involved in directing the dog accurately through vaults, which is a good thing IMO. i made a list of houndmaster changes i'd make personally a few days back.

Great point, I think having the cooldown start post-wipe would be the best solution.

My change wishlist for The Houndmaster after relentlessly grinding her (pubs and high-level 1v1s) for a few days.
A lot of these values are individual and technical, the changelog is actually not that large, but I wanted to be precise, technical, and detailed overall.
