I am consistently worried these days that I might have missed a vaccine for my kids. Even though we do all vaccines on schedule. Because it’s a scary time to be a parent (for many reasons, of course).
I’m very proud of our girls and troops who have volunteered to donate to their fellow scouts! I know Nipper’s troop is donating sales to scouts who don’t feel safe to sell in person.

Hubby and I both got the flu this year at the end of October. He came down with it 3 days before he was scheduled to get his shot. I was about 9 days away from getting mine. Know what we did as soon as we were recovered? Got our flu shots. Because that’s the smart thing to do.
It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity.

I don’t know the process, and if this would interfere; but when I was working a job where I had to repetitively tie knots, I used athletic tape to protect my fingers/joints where the cord rubbed.
When I had my hip surgery I wrote on the opposite hip “if you can read this, you’ve got the wrong side.”

When I was working near Robbinsdale a 20 minute drive took me over 3 hours by bus. Absolutely impractical.
