First panel, Diezen a fairly buff and fat black/cream pattern cat with glasses eating Carrot Cake while chatting with Orion, a brown bunny in a blue apron. Second Panel Orion places an extra large cake to his surprise as he blushes. Third split panel shows Diezen's belly starting to bump into the table, with the large cake the same size as his round belly, the second split showing him getting teased by the bunny and blushing as his chin gets scritched. Fourth final big panel shows the cat massively fattened, taller, and softer as his belly pushes against the now tipped table as he grips and squishes his belly fat.
