i think the edge steam hardware has over other gaming PCs is that the experience feels like a console which goes a long way. what keeps a lot of people from PC gaming is that they don’t want to have to tinker with their setup to get a game to work, but steam verification takes a lot of guesswork out
depending on the price i think it could work well for people who don’t have high end PCs. Probably mostly Steam Deck users (like moi) but tbh steam seems to be investing in a longer term strategy with their hardware
