Pa. House passes bills targeting data center zoning, power and water use Bills to create guardrails for data center development have been a major part of the legislative calendar so far this year.

This week, the PA House passed legislation to put guardrails on the expansion of data centers, an industry that comes with serious concerns about energy costs, water usage, and local impact. Pennsylvania can lead in innovation and protect our residents.

Today we mark Holocaust Remembrance Day, honoring the 6 million Jewish lives lost and the millions of others murdered by the Nazis. We recommit ourselves to confronting antisemitism, ableism, homophobia, hatred, and dehumanization wherever they appear. Never forget.

The new office will keep us in the Carrick neighborhood, located near the intersection of Churchview and Brownsville Roads. My team and I ask for your patience as we get our new space fully operational!
