Houston Anarchist Bookfair 2026 was a resounding success! This year by far had the largest amount of attendees since we started in 2022. We anticipate HABF will continue to grow in the coming years. We were also happy to host our sister org from Fort Worth, @panthercityao

We’re moving on up in the world! Kyle Shideler, director of a think tank designated as a hate group by the SPLC and testified that signal chats are “black bloc” cited our Free Store zine to claim that free stores are a pre-text to “seize territory”.

Make no mistake, this was an explicit show trial. The flimsy evidence, testimony indicating threats of torture, and a hostile judge all make it very clear that this was a sham.

We have a verdict and we are heartbroken at the results.

This is only the beginning. We will continue to fight the remaining charges until every defendant is home.
