It was well reviewed. Cover art totally precluded me from listening to it.

I second recommendation of the right two books!

Two very different albums, each of which I’m indifferent to at best.

Satellite Rides never annoyed me at least, so it gets the low threshold vote here

So the answer is the Boeing 747 - it was the first partial double deck plane and Boeing’s only double deck plane. Boeings provide more pilot control, as opposed to computers for the Airbus planes (he plays a couple different flight simulator games)

I’ll have to ask but he brings up the Boeing 777 often. Maybe just so he can refer to it “properly” as the Boeing triple-seven

He can tell you runway lengths, lounge amenities, first class experience, what airline flies what models of planes

We go to the airport observation deck on occasion, especially if an international airline is arriving

And Love It To Death

Also, I’m generally anti-Greatest Hits but his first one from 1974 is all killer

Seems like some dudes in the comments here forgot a lesson learned after middle school…Being an asshole in public actually isn’t cool

Listening to Alice Cooper instead of 2001 indie is unequivocally a better idea

Jenny Lewis is rolling her eyes at this

Yeah me neither I didn’t make up the dumb phrase but in this case I’m referring to bog standard wimpy indie that millennials loved

Just realized I combined Pinsky and Boy Meets World in the blog post. It’s been fixed!

It’d be ok if Bobby Budnick sang

I saw the term “Gen X slop” several times this tournament and it got me wondering what millennial slop is

It’s this Rilo Kiley album.

Faculty is right, that’s some ivory tower bullshit right there

FACULTY. I just threw up in my mouth

Half baked boring Rilo Kiley album vs a Blink album that knows what it wants to do and does it. The latter without thinking twice

I would’ve loved to see the game obviously but I don’t know at the risk of Cincinnati losing!

Jogging my memory, lack of pitching. Drabek was the only starter worth anything in 1990. Bonds and Bonilla on the other hand were 1-2 in MVP voting

Oh but we didn’t because the series was over in 6 games

My dad and I had NLCS Game 7 tickets for 1990. Pirates had Drabek, Bonds, Bonilla, Van Slyke, Sid Bream!Fortunately/Unfortunately the Reds won in 6.

NL standings are nuts. The entire central is over .500 and Cincy - not complaining! - is 14-8 with a negative run differential and ranking in the bottom third in MLB in both pitching and offense

If you limit it, 128 still get in so I don’t think it makes the field any better necessarily, the threshold to get in would simply be lower (and more ties)

Plus, whether the bottom of the field is “good” is subjective. In my ranking of the albums so far, I have several 90-100 seeds ranked highly

Give it an ACTUAL vote!

Bummer they gave each other to be honest

Horribly quiet market.

Horribly quiet market.

Little Wren has sold out in under a fortnight.

Little Wren has sold out in under a fortnight.

After the massive disappointment of yesterday, today has been unbelievable.
We’ve had our busiest day, online, that we’ve ever had.
Completely unreal.
We’re a bit blown away, but it feels like a dam has burst.
A lot of prints are now quite limited, so take a look and grab something.
See below.
