yeah i guess but i just find comfort in occupying my mind this way and im pretty behind when it comes to my career milestones so theres a lot of pressure i feel like i have to put on myself

im making progress in realising i dont have to harm myself to achieve acceptance through my accomplishments or to have to have them so high when i was literally FORCED to change courses to something i barely did before while my peers have two years of multiple 3D modules n i have to learn solo

im really pushing myself try to work 10-11 hrs every day on assignments but i keep forgetting i have autoimmune disease and im literally killing my body this way, i cant seem to stop treating myself like im on the same level as others
