The idea of a "Serbian Magyar" is politically attractive but analytically unsustainable – because in Hungary there was a conflict between a pro-Russian and a pro-European option. That conflict does not exist in Serbia.

"The principle of unanimity gives each member a veto, intended to protect sovereignty. However, when that right is used in coordination with an external actor, it shifts from a protective measure to a vulnerability."

"Betrayal does not begin when someone formally switches sides. It begins when someone uses the trust of the system to undermine it from within...Hungary today does not function as a member state pursuing a different policy but as...Servants of the Kremlin..."

Securing Viktor Orban’s victory is an existential political battle for Moscow, and it is backing him with everything it has. Meanwhile, what are the EU and Western governments doing - standing aside under the pretext of non-interference?
In October 2025, I wrote in @kyivpost.com that Orbán had chosen a side — "not the one that defends homes, but the one that demolishes them."
Today, his Foreign Minister Szijjártó told Lavrov: "I am always at your disposal."
I was not wrong.

What is the point of paying for American protection, (the US security umbrella), for Gulf states, when every country hosting American bases and supposedly covered by US missile defence systems has been hit anyway?
Under Donald Trump, the United States is ceasing to be a reliable ally to anyone.
Many thanks to readers in the United Kingdom for the strong interest and thoughtful responses to The Power of Perception – When Reality Loses the Battle.
Understanding begins where superficial reading ends.
"Unless Americans rediscover some loyalty to truth, evidence, and democratic legitimacy, Putin will keep harvesting what he has planted here for years."
Prof. Orhan Dragaš, PhD: "Washington now repeats the same language Moscow uses to justify its aggression. Moscow has argued for years that condemnation of its crimes “disrupts peace.” Now Washington repeats it – literally, using the same words..". @odragas.bsky.social

Trump’s statement that he must be consulted on who will become the next Supreme Leader of Iran does not help the citizens of Iran who want to fight against the regime in Tehran. On the contrary, it only confirms the narrative of the criminal regime in Iran.
Every morning you wake up,
scroll through the news,
and form your opinions.
Someone planned all three of those steps. Before you even open your eyes.
Yesterday in Vienna, the U.S. voted against a resolution condemning Russian attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure as a threat to nuclear safety. Twenty states voted in favor, while four voted against: the United States, Russia, China, and Niger.
Iran today is backed by Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Islamic Jihad in Gaza, Shiite militias in Iraq, Russia and Serbian far-right groups.
The rest of the world stands with the Iranian people and their right to be free from mullahs and killers.

Russia “reacted sharply” to the US strike on Iran. With a statement.
Just like in Syria. Just like in Venezuela. Now Iran.
Anyone who still believes Russia is an ally should look carefully at what its friends actually get. Concern. And a statement.
Do we still verify information, or have we outsourced judgment?
What happens to truth when perception quietly replaces verification?

Control the perception, control the person. This is the ultimate weapon of the modern age, scaled to a global level.
Most people are living a scripted life, unaware they are being steered. They will never wake up.
Will you?

"What makes this alleged package particularly dangerous is the...logic in which the war does not end with justice but with a “deal.” A logic in which aggression is not punished but monetized."

"This is cynicism that no longer hides; it is presented as “realism.” But realism that ignores aggression is not realism – it is complicity in a crime."

Forget paper guarantees. Europe’s security today doesn’t rest on signatures in Geneva, but on the strength of the Ukrainian front! If America walks away, Europe must arm Ukraine to the teeth - or prepare to become the next target.

" The book The Power of Perception is an outstanding guide for those who refuse to accept a world where truth becomes optional. It confronts manipulation — and teaches resistance.”
— Lord Geidt, long-serving Private Secretary to Queen Elizabeth II
Perception builds empires.
Truth ends them.
The book "Power of Perception – When Reality Loses the Battle" explains how perception replaces verification, why institutions submit to narratives, and how truth is pushed aside long enough to shape political and social behaviour.
If the United States turns against a NATO ally, the Alliance does not erode — it collapses.
Greenland is not about strategy.
It marks the point where power replaces trust, and the idea of the West breaks.

The state of the world today is best captured by a rather crude but accurate image: a monkey has climbed into a battle tank.
No explanations are needed. Everyone knows who’s inside.
I don’t usually post personal messages, but today I must.
I’m proud of my daughter Andjela, who today completed her Master’s degree in International Relations and War at King's College London

I hope her generation will think freely and see war as failure, not a tool.
The Italian edition has arrived.
"The Power of Perception – When Reality Loses the Battle".
In a connected world, perception is global. Truth remains conditional.
"Russian submarines are deployed.”
The submarine Kursk was deployed too.
“There will be consequences.”
Yes, but for the Russian crew!
The height of cynicism is Russia lecturing on the U.S. action in Venezuela, claiming that attacking a sovereign state violates international law. It comes from a rogue state waging an open war of aggression against Ukraine for four years.
“What is becoming dangerous is that part of the European public and political elite begins to treat these threats as a real military projection, rather than as what they are: a substitute for a power that does not exist.”
