I think we should require solar panels AND/OR rooftop gardens.

Hairstyles for femme women get longer/lower maintenance. Men either stop wrangling the beards and shave them completely or keep them short.

Peep the ladies wearing dressier clothes to casual situations and more casual clothes to work, because who has money for two different wardrobes?

The screams of Palestinians being burnt alive by Israel.

There is no moral difference between putting people in gas chambers and burning people in safe zones inside homes.

A holocaust is happening right before our eyes and the world is silent.

If I say I'm pissed that I keep having a niche issue with adobe acrobat, what I don't need is someone trying to troubleshoot it for me. I will go to tech support for that. I've got good tech support. I just want to vent to my friends instead of having to come shout at the sky of blue sometimes.

If you host an event at some venues, you can't sell "tickets" without going through Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Their monopoly is that big.

"The color is repellent, almost revolting; a smouldering unclean yellow, strangely faded by the slow-turning sunlight."

I made a "Yellow Wallpaper" piece back in 2017, but I re-read the story over the weekend and wanted to try again. Much happier with this version đź–¤

It's like the Yellow Wallpaper is inspired by and inspiring the King in Yellow.

I am aghast and in love.

This looks gorgeous and haunted and it's still Transgender Day of Visibility for almost four hours here, so go look at Elizabeth's art!

That's basically the gist of it. If someone's invested in their sexuality and gender, that's cool, and I'm interested in that. But if they're not, I'm definitely more interested in them being nice, interesting, and good to the people around them.

Incredible development for trans youth.

She is proudly using her money to hurt people, and has said that she thinks people who buy Harry Potter merch support her.

So I won't.

I'm not sure we have a more explicit example of an artist who said "hey, if you give me any money I will definitely go hurt this small group of people with it, so.... money please??"

Some situations have nuance. She smashed all nuance with a sledgehammer years ago.

Reminder that even though Bluesky keeps on deleting his account, Mohamed Ahmed is a real person, he has posted endless photos of Mawasi refugee camp in Gaza, and also of his small vegetable garden he started behind his tent. You can support him and his family here -

Incidentally (I had no idea) my recent interview with the NYT was "sponsored by the American Petroleum Institute." Glad I got some climate truth in there and please, everyone, join me in trashing the API every chance you get. And also join me in trying to end the age of fossil fuel.

The USPS is a government service that is partially subsidized by the taxpayers as a whole and partly by the cost of postage, which is kept lower by the former. Our taxes are supposed to cover any operating costs that are not made up by direct sales as it is a GOSH DANG GOVERNMENT SERVICE
