i ate a lot of weird stuff as a kid & i remember *tasting* play-doh, but i never wanted to eat it. Not like i'd eat "homemade" play-doh, which was just flour, water, food colouring, & tons of salt 😹

Play-doh was my answer in that recent prompt thread about "what inedible substance did you wish you could eat". I always wished play-doh tasted as good as it smells. it's amazing how strong that sense memory is in so many people!
