Charlie turns 11 tomorrow! 🐈

The new Splatoon game (Splatoon Raiders) is coming out in late July. My goal is to get a Switch 2 by then so I can play it.

I will be putting away as much as I can every month until then and maybe taking on commissions? Wish me luck :)

I'm glad I can help you feel less alone <3 It's hard to lose a part of self expression, or not be able to do it at all. I recommend hobbies like art and crochet too. So much fun can be had :)

Indoor Activities:
- Snuffle mats, if hes food motivated at all
- Placing toys under a blanket and they have to dig it out
- Learning tricks
- My childhood dogs LOVED ropes for tug o war
- Does he like tv/movies? Maybe that would be fun for him
- Ball pit??
- Fling dry food on the floor to eat?

For Cooling:
- Elevated mesh dog bed for airflow
- Kiddie pool full of water if you have access to a yard or balcony w/ shade
- "Brushing" them with an ice cube or wet hair brush
- Freezing something they can eat and let the lick it
- There are cooling vests you can put on him
- Ice cubes in water

I'm sure you've already thought of it, but I wanted to validate the use of temporary tattoos and fake piercings. You deserve to feel included. Colouring my hair (before I started losing it from medical stuff) was my favourite way to express myself. Lmk if I can ever help you feel better <3

Mike has been out of work since Sept/Oct and it's been brutal. I'm sorry you have to feel this pain too. What helps me is playing online petsites (think Neopets) without real life currency, and being able to spend there.
