A question that comes up often here is what was my first shoot. This one. This shot was actually to get the camera/lighting set up and wasn't intended to be published. If you scroll back you'll see photos of me in black knee-highs and a sheer top. Those are the official ones from this shoot.

Let's play the "What am I?" game. If you live in Europe you can't play this one. The green thing I'm holding onto, what is it? Clues: It's comfy and keeps me naked. Don't touch! Keeps the servants in the hall. Reduces coughing. Goes for hours and hours! 😀
Answer: It is a ceramic heating stove. In smaller mansions they were fed from the front, and in palaces they had a duct going from the hall to the stove so they could be fed from the hall by servants without disturbing the fancy people or generating smoke in the room. They are often gorgeous! ❤️

I mentioned my mom has some of my images on her walls at home. Someone asked which ones. There are many but this is one of her favorites, and of all my shoots this one probably got the most "critical" notice. This shoot has been featured in many smaller gallery exhibitions. Shot in medium format.
