Gina and Ambulance4Ukraine continue Yana's son's memory with their latest delivery. Here are Yana's pets, enjoying the food that was sent to them. And that means the mom holding the camera, got a little break.

We're sad to report that her son succumbed to his illness last summer, after our "Back to School" delivery.
When we visited again the following October, we sent more pet food to Yana's house. This time with a card that read "neither you, nor your son, have been forgotten".
Either way, the idea has always been "If we took care of one errand. If we checked one thing off of Yana's 'to do' list, then that would mean there would be that much more time that this mother got with her son".
We knew Yana and her family had a lot of pets, so throughout the war we've always made it a point to bring pet food to her every time we visited. Sometimes it was from funds we were able to raise, sometimes it came out of our pocket.

There is a mother in Ukraine who's son spent most of his life battling cancer. The war offered no relief from this battle, and the mother's name is Yana.

One of the athletes on Vladyslav's helmet was a 15-year-old girl who was killed in a russian missile strike on her apartment in Dnipro in 2023. We were there then, and we certainly remember Mariia's murder now.
Remembrance is not a violation.
Drones hit our friends near Dnipro. This Mother and Daughter group (Founders of the NGO "Milania") have endured countless strikes on their city near Dnipro, and have never ceased in their efforts. Now they've taken direct fire.

Bad news: The 4-Runner developed a misfire. It turns out that we were leaking coolant into the intake and we weren't certain where that leak was coming from.
Going "full nuclear" we decided to split the engine in half to change the head gasket and every other gasket along the way.
Fun times!
