I used to like 35mm, but as cons have become more crowded I started using a 24mm instead

Time for my annual post! I should post updates more often

Heartbroken to hear of the loss of Snap @bycats4cats.bsky.social He was a joyous person to be around, created a family and community filled with love, laughter, and memories. He will be missed greatly and I’m thankful for every memory and smile he’s brought to my life.
Looking forward to you getting them too so I can hear about them before going for them as well! I would want to wear them a lot especially at a con, but I worry if they would wear out too fast. Especially the paw bottoms
Standard disclaimers: I'm not a doctor, seek appropriate medical advice, etc.
Consider recording audio of yourself sleeping. Besides hearing any snoring, you might be able to hear if you stop breathing. If you sound okay, still check with a doctor, but if you have an issue, see one ASAP
Let me know if you would like a call sometime!
Oh no! Was that from one of your cats?
That's like the worst console to code for too, racing the beam and all. Maybe look into something else from that era?
A black and yellow fursuiter
They were also at Furpocalypse (Stamford, CT) this year and their badge name was Munch. I don't know any more beyond that. (sorry for all the reposts, Bluesky image uploads aren't working right for some reason)
Last one for me was 2019
Wow! Unfortunately the OP deleted their post so they won't get to see it
@xydexxunicorn.bsky.social
Their website appears limited, but maybe it's just hard to browse? When I ordered all their sample packs several years ago, I must've had something like 100 different colors
I wish sports aligned with their seasons, baseball April to August with playoffs in September, hockey October to March. Having playoffs in June seems silly
There is an advantage to buying good equipment - if the results aren't great, the equipment can't be blamed. And that will lead to learning to get better results
Microcontroller programming in C can be pretty low-level without having to deal with assembly. It is rather satisfying to have a cheap little chip running at a few megahertz respond faster than a desktop
I wonder if that is bad Feng Shui for a cat, having something that might worry them over their food dish
*checks Google Lens* Says it's a barn spider. Whew. Not really dangerous to humans. All I need to fear there are bears
oh no! so sorry to hear *hugs*
Look up "CB keydown" videos. There's antennas with plasma arcs!
Heh, coincidentally I have a similar book I picked up sometime - "Magic - Stage Illusions, Special Effects, and Trick Photography", by Albert Hopkins (1898). It would be nice to see some of those old effects
Thanks. It still feels so strange to have him gone over a year later, but thanks to fuzzy friends I can move on. Or at least, that is what I'm trying to tell myself. *hugs back*
I went to visit family for the weekend, and came back to find @bradhound.bsky.social has passed. Wow. Was great getting to know him and see him when I could
If it fits your needs, maybe skip the eGPU and build an entire PC in a case the same size as an eGPU case: www.amazon.com/dp/B0BNHPPDWP That was the route I took for a portable PC that could handle the demands of VR and streaming
I am going, and would look forward to seeing you there if you can go!
Same thing happened to me when I tried playing it again a few years ago!
