i will never understand people who complain to management about their neighbors, like there's a baby who cries downstairs every night but you don't see me out here trying to get them evicted for it?? same vibe as people who call the cops for a noise complaint tbh

we’ve been in the same apt/condo for three years now and we’ve only had one prior barking complaint EVER and have a fine relationship with all of the neighbors we’ve met, i think that should tell her everything she needs to know. also we have not experienced this from her before so it’s extra icky.

-and said she had to write a letter to our neighbors and that we needed to “work on our relationships with our neighbors” like ma’am with whom?? with the neighbor i’ve never met who’s still texting a woman who hasn’t lived here in decades to complain instead of showing her face??

our neighbor complained to our landlord about our dog barking so we told her his (non shocking!! it just beeps/vibrates) bark collar wasn’t working (the truth) and our landlord started asking all these intrusive follow up questions about when it broke, when it was fixed, and how much it cost-
