Die Erfahrung lehrt, wenn man die HÄ-Rolle nicht erwähnt&nicht transportiert, (was sie tun könnten/oder sollten),dann werden sie gleich ganz vergessen...je nach Bundesland& abhängig von Einzelpersonen funktioniert das Mitdenken&Einbindung der HÄ...funktioniert sie nicht, leiden die Betroffenen :(
Missverständnis: Hausärzt:innen braucht es nicht.
Auflösung: Sie sind in der Langzeitbegleitung wichtig,im Monitoring involviert,erkämpfen manchmal Medikamente für die Betroffenen im chefärztlichen System, machen ev.Hausbesuche und betreuen alle anderen Gesundheitsprobleme im Kontext d. Erkrankung 🙃
Es gibt Daten,dass hausärztliche Primärversorgung aller Art (Einzel-Gruppen-oder PVE-Praxis)unter Erfüllung wesentlicher Aspekte(Erstanlaufstelle, Koordination&Kontinuität...) ressourcenschonend&kosteneffizient ist.Überdiagnostik & Unterversorgung sind es nicht..sollte man dies nicht mehr beachten?
