That's why I like my suburban life in Henderson. Close enough to Vegas to do Vegas-y stuff when I feel like it (I can see the strip from my driveway, lol), but far enough away to live a normal boring life most of the time.

Taking advantage of the corporate menu landing on one of my favorite dishes to make, Chicken Marsala, today for lunch and crushing it!!! Even my handful of residents who are seemingly never happy with whatever we make were happy with this one!

Last year we did Thanksgiving Tacos. This year's twist on a traditional Thanksgiving meal was a Thanksgiving waffle! Probably the best waffles I have ever eaten! Happy Thanksgiving!
