it's okay, we can talk

Reminds me of these videos where it's just one sound effect playing but it's like Red and Green and Purple:

xkcd webpage in "Hacker Mode". There are a variety of modes you can choose, such as Light Mode, Dark Mode, Blurry Mode, Grayscale Mode, Greyscale Mode, Screensaver Mode, etc.
I love shit like this. I want xkcd to keep it around even long after April Fools!
How the fuck
Calling those people "neurodivergent" is a complete disgrace to neurodivergent people. Their mentality is so far diverged from neurotypicals, and in a completely degenerate way, that you can't call them "neurodivergent".
You might as well say "You've mama'd your last mia" with how threatening this message sounds.
Wired article about artificial intelligence service Claude, being interrupted with the ominous message, "You've read your last free article."
Holy smokes this thing is ominous
It would absolutely perform (and look) better since it wouldn't need to run through an imperfect emulation/translation layer.
That's cool! Mabe you didn't even *need* to do an Android port, though, unless the glitches in the windows emulator setup are bad. My friend was able to run Celeste on his AYN Thor, albeit with minor graphical glitches. (in particular the halo lighting around Madeline is kinda screwed up)

iPhone 11 runs iOS 26 just like a MacBook from 2007 runs Windows 11
On the iPhone XS line... which was already left behind on iOS 18.
Even Microsoft released updates for Windows XP after the official end of support date in 2014. The WannaCry ransomware attack was so bad they felt the need to put out an update in 2017 patching out the vulnerability it used to spread.
If Apple really cared about security, they'd release iOS 18.6.3. I really don't like that my sibling, who has an iPhone 11, would have to get iOS 26 just to stay secure. iOS 26 is notoriously bad on the iPhone 11, and also, it'll probably be the last version for it.
You're lucky you're not a man... "I am a man" is literally the first question on this website
I think they should be looking for alternatives that only adults know the answer to. Like "how much money was on your last year's tax return?"
I am!
Er, look at the date. No, none of my discord clients implement age verification, so if you get blocked because a channel requires you to age-verify, you'll be asked to do so on a real Discord client.
This could've been a reply, and also please read the alt text.
First, look at the date. Second, do you think Discord is sunsetting or are you talking about OS9? Frankly this wouldn't be the only project I'd be doing for obsolete tech (if it was real, which it isn't)
Umm, look at the date and alt text. And also, this is based on a screenshot from Infinite Mac: infinitemac.org
Umm, look at the date

There's two!
"Discord Messenger" running inside a Mac OS 9 VM. No, this isn't real.
Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce that Discord Messenger is coming to Mac OS 9! That's right, your favorite fruit operating system is getting Discord! Best part, System 6 and System 7 support is coming next.
Yeah but what pipeline did they have to drag Kling into for him to agree with DHH?
This is so cool!
I like not having to login just to see a discussion thread! I've kept my 1 year clean streak this way and don't plan on stopping (although I have considered going back to announce stuff)

One of my biggest fears is about becoming a generic twitter techbro grifter. Look what happened to the serenity OS guy π
Windows seems to just suck at HDR. But maybe it was a bad display too. Basically when I plugged an HDR display in and turned on HDR everything that renders in SDR becomes gray and heavily washed out.
just to appeal a hallucination ban)
