We got redistricted a few years ago and ended up with Lori Chavez-DeRemer as our rep. We voted her out after one term and replaced her with a Democrat.

I live in the Portland area now. A few years ago our rep was Kurt Schrader, a Dem. He was too friendly with big pharmaceutical, so we voted him out. A MAGA managed to get elected to his seat, but we used democracy to limit her to 1 term. Her name: Lori Chavez-DeRemer.
I lived in Eugene, OR for 14 years. My rep was Pete DeFazio. I liked him. I didn't agree with EVERYTHING he did, but mostly he was OK. I voted for him in 7 elections. He represented me well and he knew what he was doing and how to get it done (institutional memory).
