NASA had some failed launches but far fewer proportionally than SpaceX. I have my theories but long story short... I'd rather have NASA with it's glacial slowness and abundance of caution.

While I do agree we should continue to fund space exploration, I would definitely prefer to be doing it with NASA and not SpaceX. Any space program would have some inevitable failures but it seems SpaceX is willing to rush launches and risk more failures, knowing the taxpayers will pay for it.

I guess the only option is to have a a number of inspection teams (at least 3) inspecting daily in rotation. Otherwise, there's no point to the inspections since they would just move all the incarcerated beforehand and leave an empty building.

Even then, DHS would try to hide their actions.

Between those two... Persona 5. But hard to say without knowing your personal gamestyle and favorite genres/subgenres. But as someone who has played both Persona 5 and DQXI, I enjoyed Persona 5 more... but I've always been a Shin Megami Tensei fan. Take that as you will.
