This 100%. I keep encountering posters who are like "they'll act like laws don't matter, everything is pointless because they won't listen." Just because they ACT like laws don't matter doesn't mean that the law suddenly becomes meaningless. If you surrender to the despair of lawlessness, they win.

We are happy to announce that AABNER 3.3 is now available, a thematic issue on Global and Local Culture in the Roman East, guest edited by Hakola and Nikki. Issue and article pdfs available from our website.
AABNER will host an editorial meeting just before EABS in Sofia, as in previous years. Details forthcoming soon.
