A dark beast was captured trying to cross the Holy Nation's lands of Okran gulf near the city of Stack. It is currently being held in Western mine, and is awaiting further processing: either sent to rebirth or more likely skinned on the spot. The beast is deadly and shall not be used for labour, it should be held shackled and in a cage, given food and water twice a day and not let out until confirmation from the high inquisitor.
