False. However, you are the only country stupid enough to elect a convicted felon and accused pedophile, whose only claim to fame is that as a third rate reality TV star.
When the birthright citizenship decision comes out, people will say it could never have gone any other way, that the law was obvious. But the mere fact that SCOTUS took on the case is evidence enough that we are living in a time of democratic precarity.

patiently explaining to national political reporters that the people who organize No Kings are also doing the daily advocacy, voter registration, mutual aid, and immigrant defense, and that just because the cameras show up for the big crowd does not mean that work did not exist before and after
Robert De Niro smiles while looking off to the side while marching in No Kings Manhattan. He's wearing a button that says "I [heart] IMMIGRANT NY"
You talkin' to me?

This id thing is the big thing coming up. Are people pressing their people in Congress to not allow for the ACT to pass? In the event that it does pass-are they making sure that people have pathways to obtain ID such as REAL ID (which I'm sure they are going to ask for as the gold standard)?
As long as they do more afterwards. Next steps, next movements are what matter. Supporting people who are actually doing the work. Making sure that people are registered to vote. Making sure that people are able function and not worry about arbitrary laws. Share correct info.

If you're engaged in organizing that needs more people to join, share those opportunities in every way you can. Invite people to join in. Keep making the invitations because most people don't join the first time you ask. For every 10 people you invite, you might get one person who will take it up.
Not just trans women, they've banned intersex women as well or any woman who is chromosomal intersex. This is what happens when pedophile supporting transphobic woman are put in charge of anything.
NYC quilters/crafters, this workshop looks great. I would love to attend but I have events that weekend.

Four portraits of Minnesota residents inside and outside their homes. From left to right: A woman in a hijab, an older woman wearing a red whistle, an elderly couple in winter coats standing in the snow, and a woman wearing a buttoned-up cardigan and dark blue jeans.
The news has moved on, but ICE is still in Minneapolis.
My neighbors are still patrolling streets, driving strangers to work, and providing aid. As a photojournalist at @propublica.org, I wanted to know: What do they look like in their daily lives?
So I picked up my camera 👇

White people solemnly intoning that WE must be ashamed of what America has become and that this war in Venezuela is the most indefensible thing WE have ever done.
Sit down, Peter.
This country was founded on kidnapping, rape, and genocide. This is who ✌🏾WE✌🏾 have been since this country’s inception.
Again I'm seeing "they need to boycott the World Cup, the Olympics etc..." but who will organize these things to happen???? Do people know how much it would take for this to happen? Are people in the U.S. planning to co-lead the effort?
I know everyone is just venting. I get it. Yet...
Members of Congress: stop posting online and APPEAR, PHYSICALLY on the steps of the Capitol to decry this unconstitutional violation of domestic & international law. SHOW THE PEOPLE the level of danger we are facing as a country.
