We need to stop accepting views expressed on Twitter as real opinions. The sooner everyone assumes that the median post on that website is done in bad faith and principally designed to chase clout, the sooner we stop letting these fake controversies take up all the oxygen in the room.

I looked at 200+ artist portfolios. Here's what I learned I went through a ton of artist portfolios, and I saw what a lot of them have to offer. Here's what I took away (and what I'll use!)

In working on the no gen AI directory, I've looked at a LOT of artist portfolios. Like, 350+ of them at this point. And I thought I'd compile what I was seeing done right, what surprised me (positively), and then what I was commonly seeing done wrong. Use this to tweak your own portfolio!

They are so, SO desperate for people to resub. PLEASE don't resub your Nitro everyone. Props if you aren't already subbed, props if you were subbed and you unsub right now. NOTHING changes unless a company FEARS for their bottom line. Feel free to use Discord still, but don't give them a penny. 💖

And remember;

You should not give them any money.
