"As for 'Globalize the Intifada,' there's a world of difference between strongly condemning a violent, antisemitic slogan and merely discouraging people to use the phrase. If anyone wants to reduce this to campaign appearances and political optics, that framing is dead wrong. This isn't about politics, it's about whether Jewish New Yorkers can feel safe in their synagogues, their schools, and their city. Jewish New Yorkers deserve a leader who will see what we're experiencing and do everything they can to protect us.
