Discord server I'm in is doing a best video game music tournament and I decided to submit music for it, most entries being less common picks since I want people to check out the soundtrack for each game. The song I picked from Hotel Dusk is going against Aerith's theme round 1.

Got to meet Jamieson Price, one of my personal favorite voiceactors. I always wanted to meet the announcer for Super Street Fighter 4, have to be in my top 5 favorite announcers.

Heatwave was a interesting experience this year. I got pretty disappointed with how I performed in nasb 2, it stinks but I got over it. Hotel me and my friend Fint were staying at was bad. Despite that, I had a great time, hanging out with my friends made it worth it in the end.

Feeling frustrated with how I play in a online tournament. Worst part is I'm traveling to a out of state tournament soon and I can't help but feel like I'm going to underperformed. I want to get strong but I can't help but feel weak. Maybe thinking like Shirou Emiya will fix that.

Riptide is basically over, pretty fun time but what Coney said is true where more people rather play smash than watch top 8. Like other majors I go to do have plenty of people playing casual as well but their top 8 is pretty crowded. This might just be more of a Riptide thing.

In Canada for a small tournament that is only happening for a day, took me about 6 hours to drive here.

Been playing Granblue recently and already got Metera to S++ rank. Having only 21 hours of playtime, that isn't too bad. Going to try reach master with her soon and start competing in tournaments. Overall a pretty fun fighter.

Next trip is Canada for a tournament I'm going to but the big one is Riptide in Ohio. Work prevented me from going but now I should be able to go.

This was my first Evo ever and it was a wonderful experience. A week before, I went through a tough experience so this trip really help me through it. While there were some stuff I miss out on, it was still spectacular. Coming back next year for sure, see ya Vegas.
