Today is offically my last day at Sumo Digital after nearly 12 years.
It's still quite an upsetting time but i'm hopeful for what the future holds.

Been bashing some playthrough’s of Resi 4 Remake going for the platinum and it sure is fun being able to sprint through it with the infinite rocket launcher 👌🏻

I’ve been playing through the Switch 2 version of FFVII Remake this week and I’ve been loving going through it again, I’m constantly impressed by how well the whole experience is running as well!

A lot of people who've used it think it's the best controller going at the minute and I have to probably agree with them.
It's a bit pricey though, thankfully I got it as a bday present a few months ago! 😂

I think mines the first ultimate one so might need an upgrade!
I have been using the switch 2 pro controller though and that might be even better!

This week has been such an awful one for myself and my work colleagues, even after the last couple years the game industry is just in free fall 😔

Seeing Game finally going out of business makes me sad that the UK doesn’t have any big game stores now but I am surprised they lasted this long.

Though after working for that company for a few years all I can say specifically to them is good riddance ✌🏻

I was waiting to get Dispatch on Switch since it seemed perfect for that but after seeing the whole censorship mess it didn't sit right with me so i've gone and got the PS5 version instead.

Played the first two chapters last night and it's definitely as good as everyone said it was, super good! 👍

Even though I’ve got a neverending backlog I tried the demo for #trailsthroughdaybreak and after just the prologue I went and bought it, been playing through the rest of the demo while it arrives but I’m thinking this will take up most of my gaming time for the near future!

I got an ereader recently in an attempt to try read some books for the first time properly so I only really need to read one book this year to hit a personal best 😂

I need to keep telling myself "you do not need another controller" because that blue one is calling my name.

Tried the demo for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined last and i'm annoyed that it's so good because it's probably going to stop me chipping away at the backlog when it comes out 😂

Seeing in the new year with a tipple and rip and tearing through some (now) classic doom.

Nice to see the Honey Monster turning up for the darts.

As much as I love Death Stranding 2 this guy is the worst thing by a clear mile.

Takes so long to level up the facility and is so unbelievably dumb as a character.

So glad I don’t have to deal with it anymore now 🤣

We all know what will win at #TheGameAwards but my GOTY is easily #DeathStranding2.

It was everything a good sequel needs to be and was just a fantastic experience for me.

Whilst e33 was a very good game it had too many little flaws for me to say it was the best of the year.
