People probably bring up TLOU a ton because despite having plenty of gamey elements it is using those as language to tell a more immersive story, as opposed to something more arcade-y or intended just to feel like "a fun video game"
In Peak they have different specific textures to differentiate climbable/walkable surfaces. In a movie that would be a weird choice made for different reasons. In YapYap, the havoc you cause is enumerated with points so you can meet a quota, which doesn't translate super well into other mediums.
anything that gives a sense it was designed for the sake of interactive player experience in a way that would differentiate it from other types of media. I'd say all games are gamey probably but some are more in your face about it than others.
