Today is day 128 of the ICE occupation of MN.

This thread beautifully captures the mood here. Angry. Heartbroken. Tired. And absolutely committed to continue to show up for our neighbors.

I’ve been thinking about this guy almost daily for ten fucking years. essentially my entire 30’s. when he finally croaks I imagine I’ll let out a sigh so deep it realigns my fucking spine

Hey does anybody want to hear a classic Canadian song?

🎶And the white house burned, burned, burned.
And we're the ones that did it,
It burned, burned, burned.
While the president ran and cried,
It burned, burned, burned.
And things were very historical🎶

On making calls--if you are in a red state, I would maybe also talk about national security. You can add:

"This conduct of broadcasting ultimatums and incoherent threats in public forums is a massive threat to our national security. It put the lives of our people, the plans of our servicemembers--

I mean, if you insist, lady.

My mother always taught me that if you can't post something that you couldn't get sent to jail over, don't post anything at all.

Normally I gain an attachment to the horse based on the Uma but I think Zenno Rob Roy is the first time it's happened in reverse because what do you mean he's named for a Scottish folk hero and has set records that still stand to this day.

Reid Wiseman on #Artemis II: "We have Earth out window 4 and Moon out window 3... the Moon is about 3-4 times the size of the Earth and it is almost full, and the Earth is just a small crescent out there... it's magnificent... such a majestic view out here"

Mission Control: "Amaze, amaze, amaze!"

250 pages of assorted notes this semester, according to the page count in Dabble, not even considering the stuff I've written down by hand.

Holy fucking shit!

The schedule in that guide sets an Uma up for something like 34 race wins over the course of a career, so Radiant Star coupled with Nice Nature's specific ability ("go faster the second I reach 3rd in the pack") just makes her able to fucking nyoom entire distances ahead at the finish.

It was a whim coupled with the fact that I hadn't hit Bond Level 6 with her that made me try the schedule outlined in this Trackblazer Guide with her and by the end she was my first S Rank Uma, and comfortably S rank at that, and she proceeded to smoke three rounds of contenders.

The fact that Nice Nature of all Umas might get me gold in the latest Champions Cup is *so* funny to me.

Alas it was easier for him to take the most inflamatory post from the people criticizing him to paint trans people as evil hysterical monsters than actually engage on the fact that multiple unconnected people read a post and thought he was minimizing harm.

I am going to politely disagree with folks about that Stern post.

It's not a question of context. It's a question of poor writing on his part.

The writing was unclear, it could easily be understood as saying that conversion talk therapy was not abuse, while "physical intervention" conversion was.

Getting self-righteous because you wrote unclearly about something so sensitive is the move of a small person.

His tantrum is inappropriate.

So I also took this quiz and - a part of me wants to conspiracy theorize that knowing what "omegaverse" means must set your Digitan percentages to 100 automatically, but rationally I know myself and I know nothing about me beats the Agnes Digital allegations.

I know I bring this up a lot, but I am so annoyed at the romanticizing of the 1990s. "I'm raising my kids like it's the 90s, so that means no screens, no shuttling them around to a million extra curriculars, and no artificial ingredients." Bitch do you mean the 1790s

JOYCE MESSIER - “Of bodies of water and forest-covered surfaces, clusters of light where the cities lie. You've seen the montage, we all have -- this world is enough,” she concludes.

CONCEPTUALIZATION - It *must* be. This is the greatest and kindest arrangement the atoms had in them.

The extra time was appreciated, I was down to 15 minutes on the clock by the time I hit Submit. Two of the nicest maps I've made all semestera

Just hope I correctly answered the "what geographic feature is at these coordinates" because I couldn't find any way the answer wasn't "The Caspian Sea".

The lab exam got rescheduled for this afternoon so between that and the group project being finished as of this weekend, we're finally starting to cross some looming threats off the list.
