For the record … I think the AI videos of Chuck Norris kicking the characters from other movies are awesome and well-made.
THIS. This is what our kids need today. Not screens or safe places. They need wonder, inspiration, hope and possibility.
While one part of the world is spending time warring with each other, another part is delighting in the company of each other. Humanity in a nutshell.
Did we save the daylight?
Need more hallways for walk and talks, but I’d buy this.
Well put, Justice Gorsuch.
RIP Robert Duvall. My favorite performances of yours overlap some of my all-time fav movies:
1) Days of Thunder
2) Secondhand Lions
3) Gone in 60 Seconds
4) Apocalypse Now
5) Phenomenon
💯

ICE agents should be personally fined $10K every time they ask a person for their papers and learn they are a legal citizen.
Their signing bonuses should be forfeit if they ever use a deadly weapon or force, or violate anyone’s Constitutional rights.
That might help foster change quickly.
If not from God, find this on your own, and the whole world shall benefit.

Empathy is the key word. It’s baked into Minnesotan character as much as hockey, hunting and community.
RIP to an amazing soul. “there is kindness in the world and we need to do everything we can to find it where it resides and nurture it where it needs to grow.”
Today was a hard day. Be kind to yourself and each other. Love you guys.
Hey Gareth … do you see any future in middle grade science fiction? It seems to have almost vanished as a genre. It seems to me like SF designed for teens is getting phased out and they are expected to read adult SF instead. What do you see 8-13 year olds looking for in SF? Thanks for your insights!
The best fiction, whether read, written, heard or seen, makes you feel something. It evokes emotions in you that you likely did not expect or seek. To experience that feeling is to be one step closer to the divine. Just my $0.02.
I may think differently a year from now, but I hope 2026 will be filled with more happy things that will help us get through the bad.
You want … alligators … on the fields? Intriguing …
Being optimistic doesn't mean turning a blind eye to the harshness of reality or pretending everything in life is great. Being optimistic means finding the strength to look the facts squarely in the face and still believe good things can and will happen.
I miss my dad. He would have been 80 today.
Parenting win: My wife and I sat through the entire new SpongeBob movie for our son. Our eyes are a bit sprained from rolling so much, and I did laugh out loud at least once. The kid is very happy. So it was worth it.
❤️💯❤️
💯
Dear folks at AppleTV … look, I think your shows are very creative and well-made, but it’s terribly disorienting to have to realign my brain back to Reality after watching each episode (RE: Pluribus, Invasion, Silo, Severance). Thanks.
💯
😂❤️
Amen. I left Twitter when my eyes opened to the rage the algorithm was feeding me. I’ve been a better person since, but I still see the manipulation taking place and the impact it has.
