We will be seeking experienced producers *only* this year due to the limited turnaround time to ensure high quality production. In future years we will aim to teach women in order to further empower them. Dates: March 21, 22, 28, and 29. Sponsorship: Due to the limited scope of this project, we are not accepting any sponsorship this year. You can support us instead by donating to the charity, donating your time and labour to our success, or donating your social media to our success by increasing our visibility by boosting posts. White allies: White allies will ONLY be allowed in a volunteer behind the scenes capacity (eg. producer) *if no one else is available to reliably assist*.

Definitions for the purposes and scope of this project: 1. Woman: A woman is anyone who identifies as a woman. They may be AFAB, genderqueer, or trans, but so long as they identify themselves as a woman somewhere in their intersections, then they count as a woman. All members of our safety team will identify as women and women are the priority for on screen presence as players and GMs. 2. Non-women: anyone who does not identify as a woman. This may include non-binary people and DOES include cis men. Folks who identify as non-women and not as cis men can expect to be involved as behind the scenes volunteers (graphic design, production etc), and will only be welcome as players or GMs if there are gaps that need to be filled. 3. Cis men: Specifically cisgender/assigned male at birth men. If you identify as a cis man anywhere in your intersections, please note your involvement in this project will be to a much more limited scope. It will be made clear exactly where cis men are and are not welcome. Cis men can expect to not be on screen unless a game specifically calls for this demographic of player for educational purposes. They can expect to be behind the scenes volunteers only when gaps need to be filled. Cis men will explicitly NOT be a part of the safety team.

Content: Our goal is to have a mix of educational content and games that are all women for women and by women. We are wanting a mix of panels and games. GMs and panel moderators/leads will be given assistance with casting for their games/panels. Panel ideas: Why does feminism still matter today? Feminism in decolonization. How to support the women in your lives in meaningful ways. Specific games we are hoping to see: 1. An all Black women's table - including, if possible, a Black woman producer. 2. An all trans women's table - including, if possible, a trans woman producer. 3. A table for The Apochromatic Unlimited women admin, if possible 4. One or two more games maximum of any type that meet the theme and goals of this project Process: 1. A form will go out seeking to find GMs and panel leads/moderators, as well as volunteers willing to help with production and graphic design. 2. Upon finalizing programming, player recruiting and pre-production will commence. 3. Once players are recruited and GMs approve of their players, session 0s will be done.
