I didn't sacrifice shit. I voted for Kamala. I also live in Minneapolis. Trans rights are important, which is why blind obedience to the Dems simply because they aren't the fascists is stupid. Dems responded to fascists by ceding ground on trans rights. Always trying to appease the center. Stupid.

Democrat's continual failure to meet the moment and provide a real alternative that isn't "we're not as bad as the other guys" is why we have fascists in power and Dems keep losing. The lack of integrity, backbone, and vision is appalling, and it's why the right will keep winning.

It's really fucking disappointing that this is your response. If you don't understand that ceding ground to fascists with regards trans rights and letting them frame the debate is a losing strategy, I don't know what to tell you. That support isn't very strong if that is your response.

Kamala lost because she had Biden's support of the Gaza genocide hanging around her neck, because she wouldn't disavow it and call it what it was. Polls have constantly shown trans attacks aren't very effective and most people don't care. I'm not willing to sacrifice my rights to appease fascists.
