Student journalists from a dozen NYC school newspapers came together for an informational presentation by Janno Lieber, followed by an on-the-record question and answer session.

MTA Construction Chief Jamie Torres-Springer says that with congestion pricing getting unpaused, work will ramp back up on the Second Avenue subway and 6 elevator projects, the purchase of 270 electric buses and procurement will start again on A/C train signal upgrades

The mta will also proceed with ordering 250 more zero-emissions buses and build out charging infrastructure at bus depots.

And it's official, for the 3rd time, the MTA board has voted to approve congestion pricing. A $9 toll now, they hope will go into effect January 5th.
