it's spamton neo standing cuntily looking at the viewer with beady eyes while putting up one finger with one hand in perspective, his other hand draped at his side in front of his wings. he has shapely legs and is wearing boots and pauldrons, and a string bathing suit made of green string and white fabric in flat triangles laying on his flat chest. he is also wearing a waistwrap of sheer white fabric through which you can see his pink pelvic armor clothed in a green swimsuit bottom.
