The only reason we’re doing any of this shit is because g graphics have simply plateaued and have been plateaued for quite some time now. NVIDIA is currently scrambling to find something to justify their own existence, because the pursuit of realistic game graphics is a fool’s errand.

This isn’t even improving graphical fidelity, we’re just making games look “different” than how they do before. A games native fidelity is considered in its art direction, meaning we’re now actively clashing with developer intention here.

While some like yourself choose to separate their disability from their identity, more choose to embrace it. We are autistic and will always be autistic. Even if that could change, there’s no reason to.

Small thing, but the majority of us dislike the phrasing of “with autism” or “having autism”. Being autistic is a core part of who we are and completely inseparable. Identity-first phrasing like “being autistic” or “autistic people” is vastly preferred. Something to keep in mind when supporting us.

While it’s not entirely the same thing, remember when “TV with ad breaks” was just normal? Unless the ads aren’t egregiously frequent or trying to sell me AI, I don’t really have much desire to get rid of them.
