I used to love all of the space missions but if we can't sort ourselves out first, what's the point spreading 'us' further into space? One opinion could be that NASA remains funded because the USA wants to build on its space weaponry before anyone else does. Highly cynical, sorry :-/

To put it in even further perspective — Lockheed Martin produced both the spacecraft for the Artemis mission and the PRsM missile that shot tungsten pellets into an elementary school in Lamerd.
