I've seen a YouTube show of a guy in New York City that just goes around and checks out all the apartments and shares video and how much they are. I am gobsmacked. Little dinky 350 sq ft Apartments without a kitchen are $2,500! Anything reasonable at all is more in the $4000 and up range!
I wonder about boomers and younger people joining forces. I'll use myself as an example. I'm a boomer, I've got a three bedroom home. I rent to someone younger for really cheap, and they help out in return. It would not be like living with parents...even if there is some responsibility required.
Notice how the most celebrated and successful space mission in *decades* was run by at least 50% โDEI hiresโโnot all white men? And not even all Americans. Maybe diversity *is* strength . . .

I don't know if there's anything new but when he was pushing this a few months ago they were specific about it being not applicable if someone had served two terms in a row, i.e, Obama. Not like Obama would be dumb enough to take it on again but you know he's always in trump's head.

It really is but then one of the most successful, raking in millions, still decided to work with Walmart & sell crappy kitchen products. Some are no better than the corporate bigwigs. I've been in the food blog world for a long time and the fact is for the vast majority of them it's not their love of food that brought them on board, it's their love of money. I hold zero surprise that they are using the very culprit that they are denigrating! I'm old school, I just watch them. :-)
And AI is getting better too. I see less and less of 6 finger hands or stairways to nothing inside of a tiny home. You know what's funny though? I'm in food blogger groups that bemoan it all the time but then share how they use it. WHAT? I guess images rile them up but stealing textual data OK? ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
I prefer we take actions to rid our country of the hate reflected in this post. Is there a country we can send all of them too...although I've heard Siberia won't accept them. So sick of it.

I realize though that a lot of it lies in the minds of the user. I can't believe the stuff that people comment on that is so obviously artificial and they don't recognize it?
They don't see that cupcake wrapper that apparently someone took a bite out of along with the cupcake?
Part of it is the lack of knowledge of the world at large. You cannot believe some of the stuff that they 'like' that I've had to see on Facebook! I've made and baked a lot of stuff...but nope, that is absolutely not possible; like swirl patterns inside a cake that are vertical, from top to bottom.
