We've had administrations where the Civil Rights Division took a less watchful eye to the rights of racial minorities or diverted its energies to address other issues, but this is the first administration in history to pervert it wholly into a tool to *hurt* the people its supposed to protect.
I am in Barcelona today to help unite progressive parties from around the world in a defense of democracy and a war against corruption. A first of its kind event. Necessary to beat back the forces of fascism.
It frustrates me every time I see someone describe possible things we haven’t been able to do yet as “impossible.” There’s lots of things that seem impossible until we do them.
