It's no longer 'social' media - where you see what your friends are up to - just a ton of suggestions of random sh1t.
Also frustrating at trying to keep up a double life here & Twitter... hate the latter, but there are still a handful of great people there, for small-caps esp.

And Londoners who travel(led)!
The weird thing is that as we get older, 10 years doesn't seem as long as it did at the time! Happy memories, thank you.
Private Eye hits it every time @chadbourn.bsky.social
Thanks. Am hearing more good things & interesting how many people have moved around, but that Jardine Strategic thing is a hard one to forget.
So basically, they are still not really shareholder-friendly but just looking out for themselves?
Though I suppose you could argue that they are shareholder-friendly, but only at Parent level?
New gen CEO seems more on it, though I hear of some pretty wasteful Cap Allocation at subsid levels.
I hate to be pedantic (lie), but 'it has been learned' isn't my favourite bit of phrasing.
yours, 'Head of Micro'
Ugh, yes. I think everyone who says something deserves applauding, as it's not easy (esp. in England where it doesn't come naturally to many of us!).
Ha, very good. I tell myself that chucking pre-ground monmouth coffee into a basic filter is simple enough not to be a coffee wanker, but my family might dispute it.
Yes, I am cautious enough to have Index Puts, but agree that if just complacency as seems possible, they'll zero.
FENTON!
Mu Origin, PrivacyBadger (really) & Cookie AutoDelete should solve this, depending on yr browser. All add-ons. Pretty easy to set up.
A sense of humour is very important!
IT'S A SIMULATION
I see your labubu and raise you a skibidi.
I follow you on Substack, & am grateful for your writing.
Have you dared post this on X?!?
27, Bah. 32 very impressive.
Club Smashing was held here for a bit, way back when.
Was compelling at 35% discount, but I sold because Idiot Discount is not moving...
Managed one episode... Absolutely zero respect for anyone who has given this a good review.
Great thread! Would love to go.
In London, lots of people can't afford to move house, especially boomers who have owned for a long time, as stamp duty is 10% on the bulk. Ridiculous.
The Lindt version is good (though crazy expensive). Not sure about this pic...
*2022: Elon buys Twitter, says priority is to fix bots
Users: Plz fix the bots
Linda: We are 'X' now
Users: Plz fix the bots
Linda: 'Long articles!'
Users: Plz fix the bots
Linda: 'Job boards!'
Users: Never asked, Plz fix bots
Linda: 'TRADE STOCKS!'
Another day where I regret not having added to Zegona...
Sad but reasonable. Sorry to ask a stupid question, but I can't see a 'subscribe' option on the website - where is it? Thanks.
Thanks, this is fascinating - it feels different to narrative. I'd have expected TikTok to be higher for instance. I wonder if Yahoo skews to Boomers? Only person I know who uses it as home page etc is in 70s. Though in fairness I use it occasionally for share price stats.
Glad to hear - the media reviews are glowing which feels like a knee-jerk, post-Succession glow. But I was very disappointed in it. Tough to create one masterpiece, but even tougher to follow it up.
Sorry to hear this, though I have slight suspicion it's alwayshasbeen.gif just amplified.
