Comparison between the recent launch of slay the spire 2 and resident evil requiem. It’s even made in godot
It looks like indie games are off to a great start this year too!

O guess it makes sound for UI. But they already made the decision of nodes hierarchy not meaning transform hierarchy. It has some advantages compared to Unity’s approach, but it’s important they stick to it no matter the node type to be consistent
Congrats Tyler!
We made another game, only available to play on-site at @malagajam.bsky.social #GGJ26

Aquí una de las pruebas donde nos acercamos mucho al resultado que queríamos.

Screenshot of the final level. More complex than the previous picture. There are lots of floating platforms
Some friends playing our game. There are two people playing wearing the goggles
I think we ended up with a rather good looking game, and people were having a blast arguing about directions and clearing the levels together
Screenshot of the game featuring 2 players in 3d space. They have to follow a path made of light blue and yellow tiles
Then we thought of a co-op puzzle game in which each player only has partial information for solving the level
The special goggles we made for the game, made from cardboard 3D glasses. We swapped the filters to make them only red or blue
Using old school 3D glasses, we made our custom visors, that mask either light blue or yellow.
Getting the effect right was a lot of trial and error

Good year. I’ve had time to get to some big games I had pending
Qué buena noticia, no sabía qué había pasado con su estudio. Por cierto, qué pedazo de entrevista, Víctor. Una pena no haber podido ir al evento
Me dice que no está disponible en mi región (Sevilla)
That one looks slick! Welcome to the Keychron club

Today I’m sharing this procedural teapot 🫖 you probably know well, to use in Blender
Video so spoopy it got age restricted on tiktok lol
No es imprescindible, al crear la jam en itchio te dan un fórum de comunidad para poner anuncios y que la gente se comunique. Pero discord es más fácil de usar para la gente, eso sí
I’m also still hyped for it, and will probably replace my dying pc soon
Exactly! That comparison between the Steam Deck and this is not only vague, but quite underwhelming for the target performance they’re advertising
Very interesting to see stories that have been translated and transformed through thousands of years to our days, and that probably have an even more ancient origin through verbal transmission
These last few weeks I've been researching about Sumerian and Akkadian mythology for a new solo project. Fascinating and brutal stuff
The sounds are also 👌👌
