Ok so agesssss ago I had a stall and did pet portraits at Mudchute Farm - but then I forgot to actually post some of the finished ones up!

I know! The crab makes me smile but in terms of pure technical skill the burger tower was crazy, the bacon looked so real!

Went to see this great exhibition "Looks Delicious" at @japanhouseldn (not sponsored lol) which was all about Japanese replica food models. It was really insightful!

Here's some of my favourite models including a crab drinking bear, spilt milk, an insane burger tower and tiny desserts.

Crafters/Illustrators/Designers who do markets or events, do you prefer to stall on a Sat or Sun? If so why? Looking to organise an event and researching.

For me it's been Sat as I've always felt that was just the 'busiest' in terms of footfall, but did a Sun market and it did really well!

...cont because every once in a while you get a drawing with a certain 'charm' to it, maybe the expression is good, maybe you did the hair real nice, maybe the body looks like roadkill but the eyes sparkle. It puts the fun back and just you drawing. I did it with Pokemon and it was hilarious 😂
