Legit question. What are these attacks from the left I keep hearing about on Joe Rogan, all I can find is legitimate criticism… If people criticizing you causes you to go mask off or whatever. Do you even have any resolve ?

Well this is an odd end to the ferry ride. We are waiting to dock and are hearing’s the announcements “there is an empty back pack left at front of the vessel” also “there is a set of license plates left in the cafeteria”. Did someone do “borne identity” style switch?
I can see how this is "efficient" but moronically wasteful at the same time. Reduce the complexity of manufacturing by having a part that works for multiple versions of useless configurations. Much like how all cars after 96 can do cruise control & you are just paying hundreds for a 10$ button. /3
To be clear this VW at the moment doesn't have amber turn signals, but it can with very little effort. If I wasn't upgrading cars soon, I would put another bulb in to see how it behaved & if it does work normally (I betcha it would) I would convert both lights to have amber signals. /2

@techconnectify.bsky.social I have a VW Tiguan 2015. I was replacing a bulb and found something that annoyed me. There was an extra circuit & bulb socket that was empty. The taillight assembly has an orange section and you can see a plastic dome blocking a bulb from being used in the amber area. /1

So a weird thing happened the other day. I got the nephew to try to figure out what his IP address was using the command line. The information popped up so quickly it actually spooked him. “So much quicker thæn ChatGPT or Google, that doesn’t feel right”. I guess I should show him Linux on verbose?
I always appreciate CBC Radio for being a bubble popper. Like I think they platform the wrong people sometimes (a lot) and some of their hosts are eh… But there is just so many stories from all over I just leave it on most of the time at the house so I can least hear more.
