As I peered at the dust of what remained of my enemy, I felt confidence building inside me. I knew that being unseen might be a better tactic. I bandages some of my wounds and discovered why the beast was so hard to destroy. An Ethereal Shield! This could save me if I could find the stairs down!

The battle went back and forth... And with I knew I couldn't hold out much longer. As I fell from one of the Rat Kings blows, I felt something in my pocket. It was a dark crystal that I had prepared before setting out! I unleashed the dark power upon my foe!

Continuing deeper, I spied something valuable, but hesitated at crossing another unknown water source... And soon I found out who that treasure belonged too! A massive giant rat armored to the teeth sprung out at me!

I feel the tingle of time passing from me as I wake from what seems to be some sort of trap that I tripped. I'm glad no monsters arrived when I was unconscious.

I should of known better than to fish in Kobold infested streams...

My mother warned me about pretty things, so I moved west and found an underground stream. Unfortunately my attempts to find Fancy a meal came up short.

Huzzah, and what's this? A pick axe that should help me in the future!

The first corner I find a colourful passage that rumors say lead to a magical rainbow world! But first I need to dispatch this aggressive leech!

Ready to attempt The Quest for the Lost Pixel with all the expansions... Will Vox the Spell Blade, aided by Fancy and his god Xydea, survive 10 levels of the Dungeon and find the Lost Pixel??

Glad I got to build and sleep in my quinzee while I could. Still hasn't collapsed but I don't think I fit anymore.

Finished successfully this morning. Alf learned the virtues of fellowship, generosity and knowledge to become the winner of Garolium's tournament. It was a tight finish. My trained swift, Swifty, helped a lot exploring,collecting,and shopping for me. Never got to use my noise sack though...

I found that Hooky has the issue that if one player is the source of all the questioning, that player gets less information. Both games have the issue that most(maybe all?) deduction games have... Mistakes that player make in their answers. Anyone know a deduction game that has a solution to this?

Hooky has a similar questioning system to my own self published game Panacea. Both use alphabet letters for the code source. Hooky adds the twist that the query must be a 5 letter real word and asked to one person. Panacea had the game box that doubled as a way to hide whose answer was whoseCont.

Got to play Hooky by James Miller. This was published posthumously. James was an amazing person and such a pleasure to play with. Hooky is a pretty hard deduction game. By the end of the game you won't have all the answers but if you know more you win!
