New: NLRB Region 31 Director issued a decision yesterday rejecting @USC argument that FT and PT NTT faculty were managerial or supervisory and will be scheduling an election. Big win for faculty and @uaw Link to decision here: apps.nlrb.gov/link/documen...
New: the latest group of undergraduates to unionize are the community advisors at Amherst College, who voted 39-0 in favor of union representation in a unit of 61 according to a 3/11 NLRB ballot count. They will be represented by the independent Amherst College Community Advisors Union.
