Fleece gives me problems every time. It doesn’t glide for me and I actually have to use a 100/16 Jeans needle to be able to get the bobbin thread to pick up. I used minky but it acted like fleece which was odd to me

I quilt exclusively with minky and for some reason this one just wouldn’t give up the fight 😂 fleece is my nemesis for quilt backing and this acted like fleece for me. I adore quilting with minky normally because it glides well and hides booboos on the backing 🤣
The last of the 3 quilts is a puzzle mystery quilt that went in time out twice. The backing did not agree with either machine, see pic 4. I finally figured it out and was able to get it finished. I love my #berninausa B790 Pro so much. I’m so happy this quilt is done! #quilting #bernina #twitch

Agreed! I haven’t watched any news, I played video games and crocheted today. Crafting and disassociating is the name of the game, at least until SM calms the eff down.
We’re going to a Kraken game in the near future, so I thought I’d make a beanie for myself. I apparently don’t have any light blue yarn??? It’s giving weird patriotic vibes and I’m not here for that today. I’ll get some light blue yarn and make another one. Love the pattern though.
Brutus is learning what it’s like to be an only dog to dual income parents. He’s still sad, but his mom makes him jackets and that’s pretty cool. I have to remind him that not everyone has a mom that can make them clothes 😜
