I'm really proud of how this turned out. I roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic in olive oil. Then I smashed them, added gnocchi, smoked sausage, and fresh basil, and baked it in the oven for twenty minutes. When that was done, I added marinated mozzarella and back on the oven long enough to melt it
