Oh yes, usability and FE become a topic then! So, my current approach (yet to be implemented)
- start for me
- find a/some first guinea pigs - ah - alpha users
- improve with them (like a community approach)
- think about money
But that only works 'cause it is a solution for me in the 1st place

Again, that heavily depends on ...
I do a project which started as "scratch your own itches" thingy (just get my bluesky bot more stable). And now I try to make it public.
But again - error and fix on assumptions + try to code as clean as possible right away while not doing premature optimisation

Kannst du mal nen Link zu dem Ding schicken, bitte?

9 months ago 0 0 1 0

Do it... Gives you good feedback and contacts.
What are your plans?
I am currently working on a repost-bot-platform for bluesky ;-) So there might by synergies at some point

I think they do not contradict. They're two sides of a dice (or so).
You need to be fast to see what users want. If they have "breaking feedback" you need to break the product => early optimization is not valuable.
But the (technical) foundation should be stable. The product should not break itself.

Some ni[ce|ght] coding sessions later, I have a (pretty?/initial) landing page, some basic tracking, and an Early Access Program.
The repost bot platform is getting somewhere...

Thank you so much! Me too!
For one of them I hope to stabilize - else something is broken with my rate-limiter 😢
For the other one to grow.

But now it is time to get the rest of the frontend better so I can onboard first alpha-users and get some feedback

There is not enough data yet, as the project is still relatively young. But the charts look niiiice already. I absolutely love them. They will be nice for the weekly @karlsruhe-bot.bsky.social updates.

It's content creation time for one of my art projects, "Abgekratzt & Ausgeblichen"... Time to fill the buffer pipeline for the next 20 days. Love these sessions.

Yeah, it really is. And combined with the VSC extensions it also perfectly integrates into my (work-)flows

A simple plantUML chart indicating a user onboarding flow

I really like PlantUML. It provides nice means to "brainstorm" with yourself, clarify things, and understand what you are aiming for. (And all with "code")

Das hat nen Druckspüler. Musst nur den Deckel gut zuhalten. (Oder aber die vorherige Antwort mit dem Fallrohr)

Thanks for the tip. Will definitively check it out as soon as I can/will break my 0$ invest rule ;-)
For now hashnode seems to work (again?). So let's keep fingers crossed

To be honest, the Current bot type is simple." Repost what you find for a tag"... So that was (with the exception of session handling) quite easy to do

9 months ago 0 0 0 0

That is for the bots ;-) They are up and running. And now I am adding some frontend, stats, ...
