Ticktok is slowly turning back on. no more pop up messages saying it's offline. I can view my profile and friends profiles 12:19pm 1/19

It was so weird and ominous. To know the app is still working in the background. It's like they just went and uploaded a bunch of data or something? My suggestion was someone I'm friends with on Facebook

I just got a tiktok notification??? For " someone you may know". The app opened when I clicked it and loaded a blank profile with no error message???
