I'm pretty sure I've read a horror story about book spores.

After Conflux was over, I deconstructed the dress, inviting people to choose a patch. It made me so happy to share this artwork around, and it felt like the right next phase for a work called "Brave New Wardrobe".

The dress is titled "Brave New Wardrobe". The theme of the art show was "Brave New Worlds". It's fast fashion, covered with slow stitched patches. The buttons are from op shops, the material all gathered in scraps from sewers, or cut from clothing about to be thrown away.
